1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing sarvasva.tech, purchasing a license, downloading, or running the Sarvasva CLI software ("Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") provided by SiteKraft Labs ("SiteKraft", "we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use or purchase our software.
2. Description of Product & License Grant
Sarvasva is an on-device, sovereign AI coding agent CLI. Upon completing the one-time payment of ₹499 (or promotional pricing), SiteKraft Labs grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to run the software on personal or developer hardware owned or operated by you.
- Your license key allows activation for lifetime personal or commercial software development.
- You may not sublicense, resell, lease, rent, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the license validation system.
- Model weights used by Sarvasva are downloaded locally to your hardware under their respective open-weight licenses (e.g. Apache 2.0 / Llama Community).
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are payable one-time. Transactions are securely processed through our authorized payment partner, Cashfree Payments India Pvt. Ltd. We do not store or process your credit card credentials or banking PINs.
4. User Obligations & Hardware Compatibility
Sarvasva runs on-device inference using your computer's CPU and RAM. Users are responsible for verifying that their machine meets the minimum hardware specifications (8 GB RAM recommended for 1.5B quantized models; 16 GB for 7B/8B models) prior to purchase.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Sarvasva software, website design, branding, and CLI tooling belong solely to SiteKraft Labs. The code generated by the tool on your machine belongs 100% to you; SiteKraft asserts zero ownership over code written or edited with Sarvasva.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, SiteKraft Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the software. In all events, our total liability is limited to the amount actually paid by you for the license (₹499).
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute or claim arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
