• Billing & Order Information: When purchasing a license on sarvasva.tech, you provide your name, email address, and optionally a contact phone number.
• Transaction Identifiers: Our payment processor generates an order ID, payment transaction ID, and timestamp.
• Source Code & Prompts: NONE. No source code, project contents, or AI prompts are ever transmitted or stored on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the minimal collected information solely for:

• Issuing and authenticating your unique Sarvasva lifetime license key.
• Emailing purchase confirmation, receipt, and installation instructions.
• Providing developer customer support and resolving billing queries.
• Complying with applicable legal, taxation, and accounting obligations in India.

3. Payment Processing & Security

We partner with Cashfree Payments (Cashfree Payments India Pvt. Ltd.) for secure payment processing. Cashfree is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. We do not store, view, or retain your debit/credit card numbers, CVVs, netbanking passwords, or UPI credentials.

4. Cookies & Website Analytics

Our marketing and checkout website uses minimal cookies essential for maintaining your checkout session and caching static assets. We do not employ cross-site ad-trackers.

5. Data Retention & Your Rights

We retain your purchase record (Order ID, Email, and License Key) for the duration of your lifetime license so you can retrieve or recover your key. You have the right to request access to or deletion of your billing record at any time by contacting our privacy team at support@sitekraft.dev.
